If at anytime you wish to cancel your Rewards subscription within the first 90 days of signing up, please follow the below steps:


Within the first 90 days, you need to only pay the cost of the benefit used. So if you made a booking using the £5 signup voucher then you only need to pay £5 to cancel your membership. If you want to cancel after 90 days please create a new support ticket so we can review your request.


To cancel your membership, you need to visit the user dashboard by Clicking Here, If you did not create a user account when you placed your booking, you will first need to create a user account using the same email address you used to book


Once logged in to your account, you should be able to cancel your membership as per the instructions below: 


Go to settings > Add on > at this page you will find a scroll icon to cancel the subscription > scroll the icon to right side; it will turn into a green colour > it will highlight a button labelled as proceed > once you press proceed, it will cancel the subscription.
